Canal D’Amour beach

The channel of love

To the left from the large beach in Sidari you will find the famous Canal D’ Amour, an opening in the rock in the sea, a tunnel. The tradition says that whoever swims through that passage will find the love of their life on the other side. All of the beach is covered by small bays and coves. The hills of the rocks of the area that is eroded by the water and the wind creates impressive wholes that look like, an eccentric artist’s hand has carved them.
